Hello fellow scholars.</p>

<p>I'm an up and coming senior interested in attending a stellar university.</p>

<p>Essays: I'm very confident in my writing abilities, and I have a very strong backround. I'm a first generation student, minority, family makes 21,000 a year and theirs 8 members in the household 6 being college students. Was born in kenya my family fled form civil war in somalia</p>

<p>Teacher Recommendations: My teacher recs are from my junior year spanish and history classes, the two classes in which I participated the most and was always a leader in class discussions, and I have great relationships with both teachers.</p>

<p>Counselor Rec: My counselor has a bunch of students, so we don't have a super personal relationship, but she definitely likes me.</p>

<p>Supplemental Materials: I'm going to submit some project that I've programmed and their source files.</p>

<p>The fact that you’re African American REALLY helps combat the low gpa to a significant extent, in addition to your ACT score. Your ECs/ volunteering are good but not outstanding. Trust me though, I have personal experience as to how much of a boost being AA is, and it’s a big one. Your course rigor is good as well. Here it goes:</p>
