What are the Fraternity/Sorority Stereotypes?

hi I'm a freshmen this year. I haven't been to College Confidential before. I was just wondering what are the different frats and sororities known for? What kind of people do they attract? etc.

I'M SO NOT TOUCHING THIS ONE.
DFleish?

Hahahaha... no, me either. I think it's bad to perpetuate that kind of thing, although, the stereotypes are clearly there if you ask around. And there are definitely existing threads on this if you care to dig around; stuff doesn't change too much from year to year.

Only thing I'll say, from what I've heard: Tri-Delt? Who hasn't!?

Sorry arbiter, try again. There are slutty girls everywhere.

Never said there weren't. I just find the saying amusing.

In my day, it was ... Tri-Delt? Why not - everybody else has! (ba-dump)

But I think the saying is mostly because of the "Tri" in Tri-Delt's name, not because of any inherent predilection towards sluttitude among DDD's.

Perpetuating a stereotype isn't as important as just meeting the girls or guys in the houses and figuring out who you like best.
