the ethics, politics, and economics major is in the viewbook.

That, too.

wow hillier that major sounds like it kicks major ass.

thanks man.

talking about biophysics, im reading an journal publication regarding the forces of the mitotic spindle during mitotic cell division.

creepy.

I've (since becoming a religious fan of Grey's Anatomy) arbitrarily decided that I want to be a brain surgeon despite my disdain for the sciences.

lol, me too hillier.

just dont open a private practice...

insurance will cost you everything.

I won't. I'm going to work in a semi-realistic hospital setting in which all of my friends, coworkers, and I will lead very dramatic (yet ideal 20something) lives.

On the side, of course, we'll learn valuable lessons and get what we want in the end.

dont forget that you will end school at 30.

Fine. I intend to look and act 20something, but have the education/wisdom of a 35 year old.

Basically, I just want to work at Seattle Grace, marry Izzy Stevens, and be a kickass surgeon. I love Grey's.

work at seattle grace...

dont forget your raincoat!

I'm off to bed. I'm sure I'll obsessively check in and talk to you all [you+all=ya'll] later.

Don't stay up too late.

We're aspiring Yalies, what do u expect? :D

seriously. i have an econ test tomorrow and i havent read the chapters yet

You've learned enough in econ to have a test? AP Econ/Gov are half year courses at my school but my teacher is teaching them at the samet ime (we switch back and forth every few days) and I don't feel like I've learned ANYTHING yet in either class. Except a bit about supply and demand.

ouch.

we have both as separate classes.

but we're on a block so we only have each 2 out of 3 days

We're on block too, which makes it even more confusing. We can't say "This week is econ, next is gov" because then it's uneven. My teacher is very nice and cool but it's first period and no one pays attention. Or cares.

haha, my AP gov class is such a joke, which is sad because I love the the topic. My teacher is young and dumb, and her idea of current events is how the cavs did last night(I'm from near cleveland). I learned more listening to NPR during the 10 minute drive to school than sitting in her class for nearly 50 minutes. oh, and my safeties are oberlin, wooster, and case. I will only go to case if I have absolutely no other options.

really? i feel bad for you becuase my teacher is amazing...he used to teach at BU.

its probably my 2nd favorite class in all of highschool

we just had our econ final last friday. my teacher's starting to lecture on governemnt tomorrow, and he said we're gonna have our first test the first day we come back from break. it sucks. we missed two weeks of school cause the hurricanes, and now we're rushing everything.
