What SATII subjects did/will you guys take?

I'm considering SATII in June for MathII and Bio (and maybe World History as well).
Would this be a good enough choice?
And do colleges prefer a specific subject over another?

i am taking Math II, Bio, and Chem.

math II, us, and chem

Yes both of those are fine
No colleges like for you to have varied tests (which you have, especially if you take WH)
Though if you are persuing math/science they might require a math/science test, but you’re already doing that so it’s no biggie =D
I would recommend taking WH IF you think you can get 750+, if not just focus on the other two.

I took Math II, USH, and Lit btw :)

USH, Math II, Spanish, maybe Lit?

I have taken US History and Literature, I plan on next taking Math II and Chem or Physics.

I’m not certain, but should I underperform on either of my 2 humanities, I might retake them. If not, I could take some random SAT II for kicks when I do my math/science day (I’ll be taking 2, so why not a third, right?)

Math II
Physics
Latin

Do I have enough variety?

Math 2
Chemistry
US History

Then probably SAT in October but hopefully not? Hopefully no SAT II retake?

Should you take 3+ Sat Subject Tests?

Math II, Bio, Chem, Physics and yep.

i took latin, spanish, and world history (800s on all) and just took US history on saturday…i’m definitely a humanities person, but is it bad not to have any math/science?

^ No, especially if you’re going to major in a humanities-related area (which I assume you are).

Take the subject tests in areas in which you can get the highest scores… the SAT II’s are to show your strengths, not to expose your weaknesses in a subject you’re not completely confident about or to ‘broaden’ your application by taking tests in different subjects.

Math II and Physics (bare minimum for the places I’m looking to apply to :P)
Yay for physics <3

I took US History and Math I. :)

yup!

Math II
Spanish
US History

Bio, Math I, Math II, US (June)

Don’t even get me started on how ■■■■■■■■ I am for taking BOTH mats.

? Did you take them at the same time? If so, that’s not that stupid.

If separately, then yeah, that’s a bit weird.

Taking both Math SAT II’s is kinda pointless…

but mcvcm92, if you haven’t taken those tests yet and you actually are regretting signing up for both, you don’t have to take both of them on test day.

(Or maybe you’re just halfheartedly/jokingly lamenting your decision to take both but you’re not actually thinking of not taking one of them… IDK).

I took Math II and Spanish, both 790.

I’m going to be taking Biology M and U.S. History in June :)

quick question. according to what i have read on here and what math courses my son has already taken…it seems math II is best choice for him, but his gc tells everyone to take Math I. as we have to sign up right away for the june satII could he sign up for both and and buy more time to decide which one he actually wants to take by doing some practice exams in each before the test date? he hasnt had a chance yet to try ie sparknotes tests. if he signs up but doesnt take it, is that a problem or just lost money for the test he doesnt take.

Math II
French with Listening
Physics
