So, I was going through my round of... Crackage? And I took note of just how much I crack my body.

I crack my neck, my back, my fingers, my elbows (sometimes), my ankles (sometimes), and my big toes. While I realize that this is fairly gross, it puts my body at easy (which I find a tad ironic).

I can crack my fingers (although I never do, lol, they never bother me) and my shoulders and elbows. I can crack the latter two ad nauseam, though I don’t because I’m worried about wear and tear and the like.

Edit: Oh, and I can rotate my wrists and that cracks them a billion times in rapid succession, though that comes with a certain refractory period…

I crack my neck (right and left), my back (right, left, and middle), my fingers (each finger two different ways…don’t ask me how, but I do), my ankles, and all my toes. I can crack my index fingers and ankles as many times as I want, but the others need a few hours down time b4 i can crack them again.

Oh, and when I crack my neck and back, it is EXTREMELY LOUD, so i tend to do it during tests, causing everybody to look around and lose their train of thought. =)

My fingers, toes, neck, wrists, ankles, etc etc etc. Lol. I don’t really do it so often though, just my fingers if I feel like they need it, haha.

I crack my knuckles, toes, wrists, ankles, neck, and elbows (a bit disgusting though). I can rotate my wrist and it cracks for as long as I want. No refractory period.

Wrists and neck sound pretty gross… Although I always end up popping my knees and collarbone through normal movement (bending down, stretching). Hips too.
