Chapter 7 right here! Not too bad considering that this is the second day that I have been reading Amsco. I feel like that I am retaining the information pretty well and hoping that I can finish the whole book by the time the test comes up. Where is everyone else in Amsco? Best of luck studying for APUSH and others!

12 (had it for about a week lol, moving at a fast pace…i think?)

yea now that i look at it…it sucks, but i should be done this week considering i read like 4 chapters a day

I’m going to get started today or tomorrow with the REA AP US book & Crash Course combo. Sounds like you’re off to a nice start :D

chapter 13, reading about 30 pages a night

I’m currently starting chapter 16 tonight… I’m reading 2 chapters a day so this should get me done with the book relatively soon so I’ll have some time to do final review and take practice tests before the exam.

where did you guys get the amsco book? I cant seem to find it at Barnes. I’ve got 2 weeks and I’m confident that if if i can get this book TODAY I can finish it in time. Can anyone help me out??

well it’s on the amsco site
[Product Information](http://amsco.extendsales.com/AMSCOPUB/control/productdetails?&item_id=9781567656602)

I’m unsure as to whether or not I should get it at this point, especially since I have REA and Crash Course already

chapter 9! yeah im remembering most of the stuff pretty welll
i’m doing like a couple chaps a day.

the beginning of Reconstruction

Ch. 14 Civil War

I’m not using Amsco but I was wondering how many chapter it has. I’m using REA and I’m in the final chapter at this point. =)

Just finishing Ch 10…ughh…i’m behind on my schedule, big time

chap 4.
I didn’t get to start reviewing during Easter break
Way, way, way behind what I had scheduled
Oh, when you guys read AMSCO, do you guys take notes, or just highlight as you read it?
And do you guys look at the key words, multiplechoice questions, historical perspectives, or documents???
I’m wondering if I should speed read once and then read it over again (so I get to read AMSCO twice) or I should just read it once. What do you guys think??

my teacher gave us her schedule for amsco today, and we’re working backwards…
and we have quizzes on it every day noww

so my review plan seems to have blown up.
lovely

i finished it already… i’m reading it a second time, and i’m on chapter 9 now.

How much would it help to just reread the entire American pageant from ch 1-40 as opposed to a review book?

I could NEVER read a textbook and I never have for APUSH.

Starting Chapter 10 now!!

Obviously reading the text book would be more helpful, but I do not have that kind of time lol.

^ Actually I disagree. The useless details would bog you down and you would remember nothing.

Kind of agreed with Jamesford… because Amsco is really concise on what you NEED to know… not on stuff that is not needed.
