What class to switch for visual/performing art?

I am currently a sophomore on summer break about to be a junior. I haven't taken a visual/performing art and I see it's required for most universities. I really don't want to drop one of the classes I have for one of those classes which i'm not gonna like. Is it possible to take a class over the summer at a community college? What are my other options? Should I just switch one? I was thinking about taking a 7th class online, multimedia. It would be incredibly easy for me since i'm good with computers but not sure if colleges will frown upon that or if it's even the best route to take. Here's a list of my classes I plan on taking.

English
Algebra 1
Biology
Spanish
Health
P.E.

English
Geometry
Earth Science
Intro Into Engineering Design
World History
P.E. 2

English
Algebra 2
AP Chemistry
Spanish 2
Digital Electronics
U.S. History

English
Trigonometry (want to find a way to be taking some ap math in place of this but the only AP math my school has is AP calculus and AP statistics)
AP Physics
Spanish 3
AP Psychology
Civics/economony

Really don't know what to do. Thanks

Anyone at all?

Well it’s 3AM in the morning so most people are still fast asleep.
One question first, a visual/performing art is required for most universities? Are you sure about that?
What major are you planning on applying for?

Change it out for one of your electives: Earth Science, Intro Into Engineering Design, Digital Electronics, AP Psychology, Civics (unless you need that as a history requirement)

Health Ed. is really easy to take as on online class during the summer and it is only needed for graduation (rather than college resume). I’d swap that for a visuall/performing art that would meet university requirements.
I’ve also heard that AP Psychology is not given much weight on applications, so that might also be one to drop.
