What colleges in California can I get into?

Here is my info:
GPA: 4.1 unweighted

E/C:
Freshman: Tennis
Sophomore: Track and Field
Junior: Tennis, Key Club, Film Club (President), MUN, FNL, Ecology Club, and a couple other i can't recall right now.

SAT:
World History: 490
Physics: 640
Reasoning:1690
I'm taking the reasoning test over, and i only have one more shot at it.

Math Level: Pre Calc, as of my senior year.

I'm also in an IB program, and take some AP classes.

If it helps, I have changed schools after my freshman and sophmore years, I am from California but i had spent my sophomore year in Maryland.

Try the state schools - Sonoma State, San Diego State, etc. You also have a chance at UC Riverside or UC Merced because of your GPA.

what do you mean 4.1 GPA unweighted? that is not possible.

That’s what it said on my last report card, 4.11 weighted, 4.1 unweighted.

And there’s no way i can get into anything better than a Cal-state or UC?
I have tons of extracurriculars, are there any private schools that might take me? For example, Loyola Marymount, or Pamona?

Tons of ECs does not necessarily mean you have a better chance.

Please recheck your UW GPA, UW is usually 4.0 maximum.

And I’m seeing CSU’s

Brutal truth is that your scores are just way too low.

The Cal States (inc’l Cal Poly Pomona) are a good match, and with your GPA, you can get into the bottom-tier UCs.

There might be a few privates that are a match, but I’m not too well-versed on them and will leave them to other posters to address.

I don’t understand what “LMU is a good fit. Its “Pomona” and its really competitive to get into this awesome school.” means.

How about Whittier?

I assume you don’t mean LMU is Pomona. What does “Its Pomona” refer to? I assume you mean CMU is a good fit for the OP, but aren’t the mid 50 SAT’s at LMU higher? Maybe not.

Oh, I see. Post #4 references Pomona, and you mean Pomona of the Claremonts. Sorry.
