If the college can’t require ACT and SAT scores, your options are extremely limited.
Why don’t you retake the ACT’s or SAT’s and score high on them?

I’m not sure what your chances would be, but NYU doesn’t require test scores if you’ve been in college for a year. Their average transfer GPA is around 3.7 if I remember correctly.

There aren’t many good colleges in NYC that aren’t extremely expensive/hard to get into. Fordham maybe? I was in your same position last year. I’d say if you are looking to preserve rank and moderate distance, consider Stony Brook and Rutgers. I’m currently at Rutgers ATM, it has it’s ups and downs.

I would not worry about the test scores. They are not as important as your grades, and for purposes, if the school have spots, they are good enough. The most important thing is that they have openings for your major. Transfers are very much susceptible to availability in a specific field as by that time a major selection becomes more important. They are fine tuning their needs as kids leave the school and certain departments become bare.

With a 3.4 and 45 credits you should be able to get into any CUNY school. Maybe CUNY Baruch would be a good choice since you’re majoring in accounting.
