What colleges should I apply to?

Hey everyone!
So I'll be a senior next year and I'm just wondering what colleges would be a good match for my stats.

Asian Female

Cumulative Unweighted GPA: 3.97

SAT Math II: 800

AP Euro Test: 3

This summer, I'll attend the Economics for Leaders program at Berkeley, which is one week long. I'm also learning computer programming of my own initiative. I'll be taking another 5 AP's senior year.

Expect essays to be good. Worried about teacher recs, really only one teacher that I have in mind now.

Looking for good merit-based financial aid, in upper-middle class.

I will definitely be applying to top UC's (LA, Berkeley). What are some other suggestions? Thanks everyone!

And looking to major in Business/CompSci

Look into some of the private tech schools [Association of Independent Technological Universities: AITU](http://theaitu.org) . They all have computer science and business and a number of them offer merit aid.

Your stats are high enough that they are not the issue.
What you may want to be asking is, what colleges would match your academic interests, personal preferences, and financial needs?

You say you want to major in business or computer science. Many of the most selective private colleges do not offer business majors. Is that a show-stopper?

Do you have any strong preferences for size, location (N/S/E/W), urban v. rural, weather, sports and Greek scene, etc.?

If you don’t get merit aid, what’s your cost limit? The most selective private schools generally don’t offer merit aid. Some public schools may have little or no merit aid for OOS students. Can you afford Berkeley or UCLA if you get no aid? Would you choose a much less selective/prestigious school over Berkeley/UCLA, if the cost after aid were much lower?
