You are strong for any of the listed schools. UPenn early decision is nearly 100% chance. Great job and good luck!

IMO, consider doing another SAT subject test; some colleges may not look so kindly on a native taking the Chinese SAT II (and especially not scoring a perfect score on it).

I am only going to submit SAT Subject Test scores for Math and US History, not Chinese.

Some of the colleges you listed above (actually, a little over half) require 3 subject tests

I will also be taking the Subject Test for Chemistry.

We’re Asian and it’s a very competitive pool. And you’re interested in bio…even tougher

Here’s my very honest feedback:

I’m sure you’re very intelligent and get kicka** grades in school. I don’t know whether you’re “very nerdy” or not, but that’s my impression from looking at your grades and activities: outstanding student with good grades…not too much else that stood out.

You did a TON of activities. But I really couldn’t detect a passion. I also could not detect something that made you stand out and made you unique from so many other kids that do stuff like research, model UN, math team. Even more DISTURBING is that, at least in my school (one of the top high schools in NY), activities like math team, research, model congress, science olympiad TAKE A HUGE AMOUNT OF COMMITMENT. How can you possibly take on so many clubs and excel in them? As the cliche goes, quality not quantity.

I cannot imagine you “fitting into” any of the colleges you listed. Perhaps you do have leadership positions and awards that make you stand out…but the info you provided didn’t give me that impression.

Also, don’t limit yourself to such competitive schools. Consider WashU, johns hopkins, Emory, Rice, NYU, UVA and perhaps Vandy

My main ECs are:
Math League student representative, Chinese Club founder and president, Science Fair Organization president, Science Olympiad, Odyssey of the Mind, Teen Advisory Board president, Youth Group leader, volunteered over 300 hours at hospital, research in biology lab at Lehigh University, church pianist

Would it be better if I removed the other ones from my list?
