What colleges should I be looking at?

I messed up this year pretty badly...not sure what colleges I should be looking at now with a terrible GPA. sigh. Advice would be appreciated.

~3.6 UW GPA
(Like 15 honors classes and 8 APs when I'm done senior year- already took 3 aps and 13 honors)
~2240 on SAT (740/740/760)
~700+ on SAT Math II, SAT Chem., SAT US
~School is top 50 in country.
~Volunteered 200+ hours already, will have 250+ by end of summer. Most of volunteer hours come at hospital settings, 50 of it comes from leadership program.
~EC's are weak though. Member of quite a few volunteer clubs, made it into varsity tennis freshman year and starting spot in soph. and junior year, BUT no leadership positions. :(
~Employed. Will have 50 job hours by end of summer.

What should I be looking to visit? I'm planning on visiting like 10 colleges over the summer. Should there be anything I need to do during this summer? Help would be greatly appreciated.

I would look at a range of different types of schools such as big universities to small liberal arts schools. Then you can narrow down what type of school you want to be at. Btw even though your GPA may not be the best, but your school is good, and colleges take that into account. Also start thinking about what you want to write about for the common app essay. That matters a lot.
