What colleges should my brother be looking at?

4.4/4.5 weighted GPA
class rank is something like 44/325 or something like that... he's going to be in the 30s or something after they recalculate it this year.
2050 SAT score, 1380 CR+M
Took calc ab, ap us hist, english, and chem AP and is going to take psych, physics, calc bc, stat and govt next year.
Pretty active in school clubs
is an eagle scout</p>

math 2: 800
chemistry: 760</p>

<p>is he capable of getting into an ivy?</p>

<p>he wants to go into engineering..</p>

<p>So far, he's looking at:</p>

Pitt
Notre Dame
U Maryland
Chapel Hill
U Michigan</p>

<p>I think all Ivies would be reaches. UMich is a match, UNC is reach if out of state, match if in state, U Maryland, Pitt, PSU are safeties, Notre Dame is match/low reach</p>

and yes, he is out of state for UNC</p>
