I've never been as stressed as I am right now. I'm failing my AP Biology, AP Calculus, and French III class really bad and my grade in AP Literature dropped from a 91 to around a 74. Why? Well, I was in/out of school for like a few weeks due to health issues - like being checked into a mental institution for my depression last month for a few days and haven't completely recovered.

With the semester almost over I'm borderline failing these classes with a 65 in AP Biology, 69 in AP Calculus, and a very bad grade in French III that I'm embarrassed about. I'm literally freaking out because I keep failing quizzes and tests for my AP classes, what do I do?

You need to talk to your Guidance Counselor immediately and have this issue resolved before its too late - I doubt actually accepting the low marks is your only option. See what is available to you through your school’s Guidance Department and go from there.

i think that you should tell your teachers and guidance counselor. i had the same problem, and i was really embarrassed of it, so i never told any of my teachers that i was having personal issues. but if you tell your teachers that you’re having a hard time (you don’t have to be specific; you can just say you’re having health issues, you were in the hospital, etc), then they would probably extend deadlines or something, or they could spend extra time with you (for example: study hall), to help you learn the material. you could also get a tutor, which will probably help you with calculus. also, not to offend you, but if you’re literally failing, then you might want to drop one or two ap classes.
