<p>I am going to apply to PSU UP next year. What are some things they look for in students: stats, ec's, and more. i'd really appreciate the help, im stressing out =(</p>
<p>I think they focus on stats the most, GPA being the most important one. your SATs should also be fairly high (I mean atleast 1800 or higher to be safe)</p>

<p>EC's aren't as important as everything else, but you should try to be involved in some things at school or in your free time. Stats are basically what determines your acceptance: GPA, class rank (if applicable), positive trends, rigor of classes (AP and honors), and oh yes, SAT/ACT. Take the most challenging classes and work hard at them; show PSU that you will be successful in college. If you're not well-balanced between SAT/ACT and your GPA (i.e. one is higher than the other and the other is lacking) then be prepared to be offered summer admission at UP. </p>
