what do you do to take your mind off of decision????

what do you guys suggest to do to take my mind off of the acceptance decision. its really annoying because its all im really thinking about. help please ;)

watch a movie!do something you enjoy, so it's not like your forcing yourself to not think about it.
i have no idea. its really hard to and i agree, its really annoying. theres still more than 3 months!
Though I have an english analysis paper to write, so Id much rather think about it.

Whoa if you think now is bad, wait until its like March 8th/9th/10th. Definetly plan something big for those days like last year I just went shopping with a bunch of friends on March 10th and totally forgot about the letters that would be sitting in my mail box. When I got home of course I freaked out and was almost too nervous to open the mail box. haha.

Soccerprep, where do you go now?

I think after I'm done with all the apps, I wouldnt worry anymore because right now, I have to make everything perfect. In the end, if I don't get in, well, I know I tried my best. Unlike freshman applicants, nothing is going to change for me if I don't get in. It's not going to be the end of the world for me.

Yes. For us, it will be the end of the world. I can almost see it in shreads now . . . :D

haha, dont worry. I seriously think all these CC kids have a chance. a good one.

Well, I generally like to draw a little picture or something. Maybe a poem.

But usually, I'm working on taking over the world. It's a good distraction. :D

Philosophy.

If you actually engage yourself, it will take over any mind.

I go to one of the really good all girls schools in washington dc.
I am so jealous that you guys get to apply/go to boarding school btw. haha I have always secretly wanted to do that..

do you go to the sister school of georgetown prep?

No, by sister school I assume you mean Stone Ridge? I applied there as a safety, got accepted, but then got accepted everywhere else so I didn't even consider going there..

Ooh, Stone Ridge is my mom's alma mater!

Wow guys...just wait till you start applying to college.

EliHopeful, I know, I'm thinking of how easy this seems to those applying to college. :)

I've seen you on the Yale boards. Did you apply SCEA or RD?
