What do you drink, eat, or do to stay AWAKE?

I'm with all the people who either drink cold water or exercise a bit or do nothing but just grind through without doing anything or consuming caffeine/coffee/sugar/sports drinks.

I usually just sit there and force myself to stay awake.

crack cocaine

red bull is the only energy drink that works for me. Sodas don't do much. Coffee works great. people have told me apples are energy food...but I have yet to verify that claim.

eh...just caffeine, bright room, cool temperature (though at times it does make me sleepy) and using the PC can help (the lights from the PC or TV make it harder for u to fall asleep easily).

Red Bull, Red Bull, Red Bull

The energy drink cocaine. It is equal to about 3-4 red bulls. It is extremely hard to find though. Most convenience stores don't sell.

http://www.drinkcocaine.com/mainindex.php

Diet Coke and I also make my own Ice Tea with loads of sugar (4 full teaspoons). Also I heard that a hot shower and milk makes you fall asleep. I also have tried Monster Drink (the green can) that gave me the energy to stay up all night and the A! Maybe I should send the company a thankyou note:)

When I used to drink pop, I would chug about 1/2 liters of mountain dew an hour, and i could stay awake for probably 300% of what I usually could. I exercise too, like wall sits and a few pushups and that kind of thing. Chew gum too, or for me, I sometimes eat suckers.

I actually take an hour-long nap every 4 hours or so when I pull an all-nighter--it feels like so much more sleep than it actually is, and it does wonders for my productivity.

Diet coke with lime doesn't hurt, either!

heavy breads, fruit.

playing rockin music really loudly

THERE IS A FIRE IN ME ... a fire that BURNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN
NNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN
NNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN
NNNNNSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
SSSS

i'm gonna burn this city

IRECOMMENDFRANZFERDINAND

One night i was cramming for a biology test, stayed up the WHOLE NIGHT at school in a little conference room and studied. I was so tired, but i ended up getting the high score in class...

SOOO...what i did was buy two big gulps of mountain dew, and that did the trick..of course i was sick of mountain dew taste the next day. YUCK. Currently, im on caffein pills at night, they work very good!!!! I quit the mountain dew scheme, and im on caffein pills now since im not really a coffee sort of guy. Just dont over take them. Take one pill, and your set. Maybe take an extra half a pill 5 hours later

Hot Pockets.

I swear by them.

To pull an all nighter you need food as much as caffeine and I swear Hot Pockets must have some kind of stimulant in them, they keep me awake so well.

ice-cold water.
FOOD. and then later i get full and sleepy. HAHAHA jk.
starbucks anything.
fruit.
caffeine anything.
music.

but they all fail because i end up falling asleep & not absorbing the info anyway.

next time i'm gonna try to add an intelli-bek to a smoothie from robek's juice. apparently it helps memorization or something, hahaha.

Caffeine-laced fruit smoothies

In general, I just keep eating. Food is exciting enough to keep me awake.

BTW, hot pockets! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ECAIyE7eW3A

I don't want to sound like a prude, but personally, I make time to get enough sleep to be able to work through the next day. Whatever I am doing is not worth me missing out on sleep and possibly screwing up something valuable.

At least I've stopped procrastinating. You don't know how good it feels to be done with a term paper or studying and doing something you want to do rather than stuck the last night frantically finishing it. Besides, those energy drinks have nothing but sugar and taurine to raise your heart rate. Empty calories, and the crash is awful to boot.

Even so, I do swear by vitaminWater. the Focus one with lutein is really good... it helps your eye muscles to contract. For 30 minutes it hurt to close my eyes. At least I got all my reading and studying done!

i swim across the pacific ocean and back, then all my sleep is gone!
