What do YOU love about UCLA?

<p>There are so so so so so many admissions threads right now, and tension seems to be running pretty high.</p>

<p>So...what do YOU love about UCLA? It doesn't have to be about a specific class or program, but can be about the campus, the area in general, any sports teams, etc.</p>

<p>Here are some of my favorite things about UCLA:
1. Westwood, and specifically
1A: DIDDY RIESE.
2. Hedrick Summit dorms=amazing.
3. How beautiful the walk up the big stairs and then between Powell/Royce is.
4. The mochas from LaValle commons (next to the Law School and Public Policy building)
5. The rock-climbing wall in the gym.
6. How funny looking the Public Policy building is. No wonder they built a new buisness grad school! </p>

<p>Anyone else?</p>

<p>I would have to say the one thing I love the most is the free movies I have seen at Ackerman Grand ballroom and Melnitz movies theatre.</p>

<p>the one thing i hate is all the god damn walking.</p>

<p>From my dorm to melnitz is about 30 minutes.</p>

<p>I love how all of the dorms in one location - we're pretty lucky to have a community on the hill. (This is not v. common! Keep that in mind!) </p>

<p>I love how I can walk around Westwood at practically any hour of the day and how we actually have a college town. Also, the UCLA bubble is v. v. safe. </p>

<p>DIDDY RIESE?! HA! Pinkberry all the way! WOOOO!!!</p>

<p>Diddy is overrated. I haven't been to pinkberry yet tho.</p>

<p>Too many to list. Why am I not basking in joy everyday? I take it for granted.</p>

<p>balance b/w academics and sports!!!! it doesnt ever get too intense @ ucla which is great </p>

<p>oh and for the record:
i hate uggs and miniskirts... or worse... uggs w/ mini w/ sorority sweatshirt =(</p>

<p>I Love Diddy Riese And Bj's Pizzeria Across The Street From It.</p>

<p>California By Far Has The Best Food In The World. I'm Oos By The Way. I Love In N Out, Rubios, Cocos, Korean Donut Shop In Santa Monica, Fins, Ralphs Supermarket, And So Much More.</p>

<p>Other Reasons...i Love Bruins And Love Their Basketball Team And Would Love To Go To The Pauley Pavillion And Support Them. I Would Paint My Body Yellow And Blue, And Even Go Butt Naked Painted Yellow And Blue, Lol. Love That Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Malibu, Venice Beach Are All In A 25 Mile Radius.</p>

<p>yeah sunset is nice b/c theres rarely traffic (e of 405 w of weho). ok thats liek 5 miles</p>

<p>dude there's allllways traffic around hilgard though, and i curse people every morning on my way to work. but yeah. yay sunset. </p>

<p>and i cant speak for the mercedes convertables.</p>
