What do you need for a 5 on AP World?

I always see those links to PDF’s on the College Board website showing how scores of previous exams were scored, but for the life of me I cannot navigate that website to find the World History one. Can someone link it for me?

Google “AP Exam Multiple Choice Worksheet,” and click the 1st result. That page has the curves for 2 released exams for every test.

appass.com is great.

Put in what you think you got [AP Pass - AP World Calculator](AP World History Test Score Calculator - AP Pass)

^ oh damn not even 70%, but 65%. even better

^^ Thanks, but is the cutoff for a 5 always 77 composite score? Or could it be higher/lower?
If that thing is right, even my low estimates have me getting a 5!

No, but you can expect it to be around 77 each year, depending on how hard the essay was. Essays are graded on a curve.

I think 2002s curve was a little harsher, it was like an 82 for a 5.

^How do you know that? They didn’t release that curve

^85 sounds like the right score to get a 5.

I swear I read that somewhere but I can’t find it again, sorry

It’s going to be around a 95 for a 5 on this one; it was way too easy, and they changed more than just the scoring.

^U siced the **** out of that (at most 90).

^^ Is that just a number out of your ass? Or do you know an AP grader or something? Do they even make the curve this early after the test?
A 95 composite is RIDICULOUS. Especially considering that the FRQ’s were about a 7 or 8 on a difficulty scale of 10.

Around a 70%.
