I was wondering what the grading scale for this test was. I just took a practice test from Barron’s and missed 18 on the multiple choice and missed 33 on the Princeton guide. I want to know how to get a five and also want to know the grading scale for this exam. I know the scale for the essays (1-9) but I haven’t found anything recent about the multiple choice section. Should I be worried about the exam coming up in a few weeks or not? Thanks!

You should take a full practice test, essays included. Then go to appass.com. The website has a calculator. You put in how many points you got on the essays, and how many MC you got correct. It tells you whether you made a 4 or 5 or worse. It’s amazing! I’ve used it for my APES practice tests and was content with the results. It’s a real confidence booster sometimes.
