What do you need to transfer into U of Michigan?

I want to attend the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor, due to my my poor grades freshman and sophomore grades in HS I understand that it is pretty unrealistic to attend as a freshman. So my question(s) is what does it taken to get in as a transfer(GPA, SAT, ACT)? Is Michigan easy to transfer into(transferring credits wise)? Any other advice to better my chances to get in as a transfer as either as sophomore or junior.

I'm finishing HS with a 3.4 GPA and 1800 SAT and 27 ACT, AP Economics-5, AP Earth Science- 4, AP European History- 5. Im very passionate towards business, economics, and finance. I'm planning to enroll in the Ross School of Business. Please comment!

So as you can see, Michigan accepts less than half of their transfer applicants. They also require an essay, recommendation, and your HS transcript. My advice would be to take core classes your first year(s) at another college as these are the easiest to transfer. Definitely check the transfer equivalency credits on the U of M website as well.
They accept sophomore transfers so if you really do well your first year, you have a shot at admittance!
