What do you overachievers wear (fashion)?

Shirts from thrift stores and courduroys

Once again, team Free People.

And thank God they finally opened a Top Shop in NYC.

Polos suck. Middle school uniform requirement, haven’t worn one since.

tank tops, flip flops, jeans, and shorts kinda girl.

People call me an overachiever, but compared to a majority of CCers, I’m not at all.
I lovelovelove Zara, Mango, H&M, Gap, Urban Outfitters, Levi’s, Ralph Lauren, Lacoste, KitsonLA, Kamiseta, Maldita, Bench, and Penshoppe, but you’ll most often see me in my cheap love, Forever21/Heritage1981. It’s easy to see why paying for college will be a pain. I don’t really have an exact style, some days I’m all grungy and the next I’ll be preppy, but usually I’m swathed in jeans and decked out in Converse.

I’ve pretty much never heard of any of those…

Welll… since I work at Abercrombie, I wear some of their stuff. I also wear some American Eagle/Aeropostale for a bit more preppy look, while I also wear Nike and Addidas stuff which is more of a sportylook.

Usually Nike/Adidas with sweats and Aber/AE/Aero with jeans.

I’m more of a generic t-shirt guy. I usually just wear jeans, t-shirt, and a hoodie or shorts and a t-shirt, depending on the weather. Usually wear some sort of running shoes too.

Dress and gladiator sandals

I change my style from day to day depending on how I feel that morning, but I’m generally pretty flamboyant no matter what I’m wearing. The default style usually involves an ankle-length skirt with a good flow in black or cerulean, and some kind of brightly-colored skimpy top that is covered in beads. I usually wear an oversized denim jacket to avoid looking like a ho-bag. When I don’t want to be bothered, I wear black dresses. Occasionally, I borrow my brother’s shirts. I have a fondness for opaque tights, arm-length gloves, and things that were once worn by old ladies.
