What do you think my chances are to be accepted to the following colleges?

Hello, College Confidential. I am a first time poster. I am a high school junior and will graduate in the spring of 2014 and enroll in college in the fall of 2014. I attend a very prestigious and challenging private Catholic school in Washington and am thinking of many colleges across the United States. I wanted to know what you all think about my chances of being accepted into them? First, I will give you my stats and background. I currently have a 3.91 GPA and take several honors courses. For my freshman and sophomore years, I attended the local public school but decided to transfer to my current school in hope of a stronger education and opportunities for my future. At my previous high school, honors/AP classes were not available until junior year, so I have no honors/AP classes from my first two years of high school. Being new at my school, I could not get into every honors class as some were full, but I currently take honors Pre-Calculus and honors Spanish and will take AP Calculus and Spanish during my senior year with honors English and history. My high school does not rank, but I believe that I am in the top 10% of my class, possibly the salutatorian or maybe even valedictorian. I have not taken my SAT or ACT yet, but I imagine my SAT score will be well above 1800 (most likely 1900-2100) and I think my ACT score will be between 30 and 33. I am a varsity baseball player who also plays select baseball in the summer. I am a member of the National Honor Society, tutor other students in Spanish and math, and am also a Student Ambassador. I volunteer at a church (especially around the holidays) to serve as a food bank and also at many walks/marathons that support physical diseases and ailments. I will have over 100 hours of community service by the end of high school, not including tutoring. Lastly, I have a thyroid disorder called Hashimoto's thyroiditis that diminishes my energy levels and simply makes everything harder, such as thinking and exercising as it feels like the life is drained out of me at times. The disorder was much worse in my freshman and sophomore years, but the effects have been alleviated greatly and I have been able to thrive in a new environment. Now to the main point of my post....Do you think I will be accepted into the following schools? (include if I could enroll in an honors program or anything else if you would like)

I apologize for such a long list. Being a junior, I am looking at an enormous amount of colleges and have really no idea where I would like to go at the moment. I would prefer to stay on the West Coast, but it is not a necessity. Please, give me insight and suggestons on what colleges you think would suit me well and set me up for success. I am extremely interested in sports and would like to study either pre-law or business in college. Once finishing college, I want to Armour, etc. Thank you very much for your time!!

Do you have financial limitations? And I like your capitalization of “THE” (it will make those in Columbus happy). You have a good shot at a lot of these schools, but likely will need to raise your test scores for some of them (Duke and Michigan for sure).

I can’t tell you about all but I know that UT at Austin may be a reach because they have to admit anyone in the top 7% of their high school class. Also UNC oos is very tough because like 85% of the applicants have to be in state

intparent… Thank you very much for your input! I do not really have any financial limitations, but receiving scholarships and/or financial would obviously help my family and I. My test scores are not real because I have not yet taken them, but I think with good and thorough preparation that I can receive 2000+ on the SAT and over 32 on the ACT. Does that help? Do you recommend any colleges to me?

Texans78… I have heard the same about UT and UNC. I do not know at this time if I will apply or not, but they are schools that interest me. They seem like very strong schools, but I do not know how much I would like living in the South or East Coast as I am from the Pacific Northwest. Please give me any tips/recommendations if you want.
