What do you want to be when you 'grow up' and why?

either a journalist or a marketing manager, if not, i might be one of your guys’ kids teacher, so get ready x)

Hmm you better be good to be my kids teacher lol. :)

Video Game Software Engineer or Computer Science professor/teacher.

Most likely a plastic surgeon ;)

Whoooooooa plastic surgery sounds pretty cool

I think I wanna go into finance or economics, maybe not necessarily solely for the money, but investments and stocks are ridiculously complicated and amazing :D

Can someone pleAse chance moi

Ooh! I like this thread. I want to be a doctor (working with the CDC or WHO as an infectious disease specialist…on stuff like HIV and Ebola), and then a college professor. If all goes as planned, I’d also be appointed Surgeon General…

^haha surgeon general you might wanna do that doctor show on CNN then. But of course there’s a thousand different ways to get there.

I want to be a farmer, living in a peaceful area with trees and animals but I can’t because I do hate sunshine

So. I will be a Journalist and find my soul-mate. Then I will be a wonderful wife and mom
and then, I wake up from my dream. T^T

Software/Systems Engineer.

I’m almost afraid of choosing a career and sticking to it… I want some fluidity. If I were rich, I’d want to get a degree in multiple fields–some for career and some just purely academic. A degree in Linguistics has limited opportunities, but one in marketing/advertising doesn’t–which one would I end up appreciating more? Honestly I don’t have that many career goals because I’m just concerned about being accepted into college.

I’m not really certain. Part of me would like to pursue my true love, animal training, and work training service animals for a non-profit group. I think training animals with a studio for movies would be absolutely fascinating work because of the range but unfortunately is just not a reliable career path. I wish I had the stomach for veterinary work, but alas…
