What does "CAO" stand for?

<p>RT. What I ask might be a silly question, but I really can't find its definition anywhere. I applied under ED, and I have just realized that one item in the table showing received recommendations and materials has been updated. It shows "2 Early Decision Agreement 12/07/2009 CAO". "CAO" is under the "Recommender" column. Previously, it shows that the agreement was processed on 11/13/2009.</p>

<p>So I wonder what "CAO" means and why they process the ED agreement again. Is "CAO"="College Admission Officer"?</p>
