I got this letter :(

Thank you for your application for admission to the University of Maryland. After careful consideration of all aspects of your application, we are unable to offer you a space in our Fall 2012 freshman class.

Admission to the University of Maryland has become increasingly competitive. While the Admission Committee noted your many accomplishments, space limitations in our freshman class require that we make fine distinctions between many qualified students. Competition for a place in the Fall 2012 entering class was particularly keen as this year's applicant pool was incredibly academically talented.

We understand that this decision is disappointing to you and your family. While it is difficult for us not to admit students whose parents are loyal alumni, the quality of the overall applicant pool made it difficult for us to come to any other decision. Although we are unable to offer you admission for the Fall 2012 semester, we strongly encourage you to consider transferring to the University of Maryland. Students who enroll at a regionally accredited two- or four-year college and earn a competitive grade point average may apply for a future semester. If you would like to learn more about our transfer admission policies, please visit our website at University of Maryland - Undergraduate Admissions or contact the Office of Undergraduate Admissions.

We appreciate your interest in the University of Maryland. We wish you success as you pursue educational goals.

I noticed that it only mentioned fall semester when it rejected me, but doesn't mention spring anywhere. Is there a possibility that i got spring or is this just a flat-out rejection?
