What does your status page say? 2.0

02/02 on mine... what does this meannnnnnnn?

researched last year's posts...looks like the date thing mean nothing. They just don't do updates as much after the first two groups of acceptances. Good luck everyone!

Where exactly is last years thread? thanks!

Here are the some threads from last year on theories of statuses... but the results were that status had no correlation to acceptance-

Something weird happened to my status today ...

It was on "being reviewed by the admission committee" throughout the day, however when I checked again on OASIS later this afternoon, I saw the "We've received your grades ... and require no additional info" message. Then I went back to the application site and my status instantly went back to the original "being review ...", which is now the same on OASIS as well. Kinda strange, and my date status is still the 2/20

i was looking through the old thread and my app went to being reviewed on 2/02 i dont know if the date has never changed but if it hasnt is that a bad sign? anyone know...

I honestly think that the only status change that possibly means anything is the "acted on" status change. Other than that, I think all we can do is wait. My status changed to "under review" on February 16, but the date still says December 5, 2008. I'm just as anxious as everyone else, but I'm trying my best not to latch onto false hope.

yeah same here. i keep having dreams of getting accepted then not getting accepted haha its terrible

mine told me to send midyear grades around...2/11 i think. then they acknowledged getting it on 2/17

I sort of wish those theories were true in some way....

Today's the day...

I think...

ShaneUSC- what exactly happens today? I've been out of the loop.

ah today and tommorow are going to be nerveracking!

Based on last year's timeline, the board is speculating that Today is the day that USC is suppose to mail out the next wave of acceptance letters. Which would mean local residents would probably receive their letters on Saturday. Out of State residents probably early next week. If true, good luck to everyone!

Not today then right (for local people)? We'll know by tomorrow for sure though...

Ahhh, I am sooooo anxious!!!

Oh goodness I am going to be checking my mailbox religiously. I'll be biting my nails all weekend, thanks CC!

My son was accepted in the first wave. His letter was dated on a Friday and we recevied the acceptance on Saturday and we live in Orange County. But depending on your mail delivery in your area, I definitely wouldn't freak out if you didn't get anything on Saturday. You might need to give it more time. Plus at this point it is only speculation that letters will be going out today.

Why must I live on the opposite coast? It really does get nerve-wracking.

Does anyone else have the status "We received the fall grades we requested, and require no additional information at this time."?
