I really hope these statuses don't mean anything because mine still says something about waiting to be processed since 1/6

englishphoto, can you copy and paste what your status says?

Just a note on the status page. I don't know about the other log-ins for Oasis, etc., but the log in page that you access by usc, "apply to usc", then "check application status" is the status page I am referring to.

After being admitted (letter 3-9), the status page still shows updated 3-11-09. It still says nothing else about being admitted. My guess would be that ANY recent update would probably signal an acceptance, as I don't believe they send out rejections til April.

Have my fingers crossed for those that are waiting!

Hey IMHopeful, the check for missing stuff link was added the day S received his acceptance!

no update :(

IMHopeful, I agree with SoCalGuy, the missing stuff link was added after acceptance. It looks good for you.
To the others that haven't heard, don't give up there will be more acceptances.

Mail just came . . . . nothing

just wondering...has anyone in northern california received an acceptance yet? And im not asking about scholarship applicants

The University of Southern California is pleased to offer the ability of students to receive online messages regarding the status of their application. However, all decision notifications are made via postal mail.

I think the next wave will be sent out on Monday.

I hope so I hope i am in it but im really scared i wont be

Hang in there guys! I know waiting can be the hardest thing in the world.

It really is :(

Hahahaha

Just find a time-wasting and mind-clearing hobby that's not lurking on CC all day. :)

yea, i'm on CC for hours...when i'm at school, this is the only thing i think about.

Hahaha, as embarrassing as this sounds... Roller Coaster Tycoon helps so much! Hahahaa

I also have the tendency to look at these stats from collegeboard a lot:
I don't know why, but I probably do it to feel better about myself because I'm certainly in those ranges with both ACT and SAT. My gpa is a lot higher than the average unweighted.
SAT Critical Reading: 620 - 720
SAT Math: 650 - 750
SAT Writing: 640 - 730
ACT Composite: 28 - 33

Hello everyone. Like many of you, I haven't received a single letter from USC (except from the Financial Aid Office telling me that there was still a lot of $$$ left for financial aid) or an update of my status from last month. It's so frustrating knowing that people have already gotten an acceptance (congrats to all of you!). I'm fearing the worse...
Anyone else in California who hasn't received any update whatsoever?!
