What every Parent must read ASAP

PLEASE, You should take this very serious. I didn't and it has cost me, my daughter and my family dearly.

What I have learned is colleges have been granted power by the courts to take the civil rights and right to due process away from our children while in college.

Due to ligation against a small Finger Lakes New York private school I can't discuss my actual case in detail. If you might be considering a college matching this description email me so you can make a informed decision for yourself.

I can say if I had known what I am about to give you I would be much better off today. My daughter was accused of something she didn't do, has proved without a doubt she didn't do and has no idea why the school accused her of doing it. I must now file a lawsuit to get these answers and to clear her name.

If you truly believe in doing the best for your children as a parent PLEASE PLEASE contact me through the proper channels provided by this board and I will send you free reports and links to read which give you information if your child is ever accused of anything which might have a disciplinary action. Beware don't say it won't happen to me because it happens often and you have no control about the outcome. ( I did include these links to helpful sites but that doesn't conform to the board rules so I have edited this article accordingly)

I have lost thousands of dollars and feel as I have failed in helping my daughter during this trying time. Hopefully we will prevail in the courts. This school has no morals, no values and this suit will not change anything except increase the tuition at the school.

My public relations campaign against schools who engage in this wrong doing will effect there bottom line. My mission is to only educate parents and to pressure administrators of unethical colleges to clean there act up before they destroy other students.

I told all my children before they went to college "this will be one of the memorable times of their lives". Well, I was right because they had great experiences but this last experience is something she would rather forget but can't its so bad.

Good luck with your search. College is a great experience its also sad when colleges have been given this power and its grossly abused on our children.

Reminds me of the shocking Dartmouth case

Yes its close. I have heard that a sim thing happened at UNION COLLEGE in NY. The students did bring suit against the school and lost. On the appeal the judge overturned it so the students won. Its getting so common better factor law suit money in the cost of college. "OH NO MY WALLET IS GONE"

The thing is this happens often. Read the student handbooks and go to thefir.org or more valueable information.
