What exactly is a "Guidance Counselor Recommendation?"

<p>Marquette's admissions requirements state pretty clearly that they want a Guidance Counselor Recommendation rather than a letter of rec from a teacher. But I don't find a form for this purpose on their site, and it seems to me to be the sort of thing well-suited for a standard form. I do see as part of the Common App a "Secondary School Report," which looks like the same thing.</p>

<p>I'm curious as to what people have used to satisfy this requirement.</p>
