What extracurriculars are most appealing?

Hi everyone!
I'm currently a sophomore in high school, so I don't have any SAT scores, but I was wondering if it would be possible if I could get some recommendations about extracurriculars (as in, is what I'm doing right now good, and how I can improve). In addition, I have a 4.0, 4.8 weighted, but again, this could easily change depending on how I do in AP Chem or Calc BC next year.

Co-captain of the debate team (numerous local awards, district champion, competing in the national qualifiers in a few weeks) I'll have been in this club for 4 years by the time that I graduate.

Numerous human rights type clubs, such as Amnesty International, and one raising awareness about the Darfur crisis

Volunteer at the hospital (in the orthopedics ward)

National finalist in symposiums organized by the Sikh Youth Federation, local and regional winner for 7+ years

I've also started an organization that raises money to buy school supplies for underprivileged youth in India, and we also sponsor a child (pay for their schooling)

I also recently had some poetry published in a book, and completed an apprenticeship at a local university for careers in medicine. In addition, this is my second year competing in the EuroChallenge competition, our school came in 4th place last year.

There are a few more extra-curriculars, as well as more volunteer work. This past summer, I volunteered at the science center, taught kids how to swim, and did a lot of volunteer work in India. This summer, I'm hopefully going to start research work in a lab, do some more volunteer work in India, and continue my current volunteer work at the hospital. I also applied to the Governor's school in my state for healthcare, but there's only a slim chance that I'll get in.

Thanks so much for reading this, I know it got rather lengthy :) What suggestions do you have for someone like me, who's probably entering the medical field?

The apprenticeship at the local university for careers in medicine is impressive, as will be research work in a lab and governors school for healthcare.
Starting an organization shows leadership ability, which is good.
Honestly, just keep doing what your doing.

trolls gone wild on this website

Sorry, I forgot to mention this in my original post. Just to clarify, I’m asking in regards to top-tier schools (my first choice would be Columbia which is obviously a reach haha). Sorry about that!

None of them are appealing, sorry. Cure cancer first, and then you might you get into your local community college. might.
