What GPA and Sat do you need if youre out of state?

I will have a 4.0-3.9 GPA and a 3.18 unweighted what SAT do I need? Also do they look at upward trend in gpa?

Apply early. You will probably be fine. Most colleges look at upward trends, but MSU is a big state school so idk.
