So my dream school is the University of Notre Dame. I moved schools sophomore year to Illinois math and science academy which is very rigorous, I got a few B’s my first semester. But 2nd semester went great! 1. Is there any chance I will get into Notre Dame even if I get A’s for the rest of my high school career. 2. Am I even eligible for a full-ride scholarship anywhere?
Chill you will be fine, now the chances of getting into ND are very low and getting a full ride less so, if you need a ton of money to go to ND it will be harder to get in vs a full pay student. Why ND, do you have any hooks?
I thought colleges only get full-year grades and not semester grades for everything except senior year? Wouldn’t your grade average out to an A if you did “great” 2nd semester?
And either way, I doubt one or two Bs will tank your chances at a college, since even then, your GPA is still going to be safely over a 3.9, assuming you do well for the rest of high school.
