im wondering, what happens if you applied to all these schools and didn't get accpeted, what can one person do?

Presumably you stay at the school you are currently in? Or drop out and join the circus?

You can always just work for a year and then reapply next year.

That is why it's a good idea to apply to a few saftey schools where you're sure you'll get in.

if you don't get in anywhere, you obviously stay at the current school and reapply the next year, or look for places that accept spring transfers if you really need to leave

the first time i tried to transfer i got into none of the schools i applied to. not even one. then i stayed another year and transfered again and got into many good schools.

GT2, what schools did you apply to the first time and what schools did you apply to/get into this time?

how did you get in the second time and not the first?

that's quite possible actually. It shows continued interest in the school and most likely, his grades improved.

Also, the schools would have more info to go on before making a decision if one applied after the second year rather than the first.
