Is it ok if you submit your CSS Profile, for example, a few days late? Please be understanding. Thanks.

It is not up to us to be understanding, we don’t hand out the money. I’d do everything to get it in on time if I were you. Late may not affect you, or it could shut you out or put you last in line. Why risk that? If it is already late, just do it asap, don’t delay.

^ I agree.

You may be much better off submitting a slightly incorrect or incomplete profile on time, and then sending out corrections later as needed, rather than to submit a completely accurate form late.

It doesn’t matter if WE are understanding, or not. At some colleges a late submission will put you in a less favorable spot for need based aid. Call the colleges and ask them.

To be honest, I can’t think of any good reason for missing these deadlines.

Totally agree with what everyone has said here. Missing deadlines could have substantial financial consequence. For example, U Richmond would reduce 5% of financial aid for 1-30 days late, 10% for 31-60 days, and no need-based financial aid after 60 days.
