<p>The building of each of the Seven Wonders of the World. </p>
<p>Is it okay that I put this as my answer, although it technically counts as 7 different events?</p>
<p>No, that’s not what they’re looking for.
Also, that’d be pretty boring to witness. I mean, construction wasn’t quick.</p>
<p>I would probably pick one event and write about it in detail. And if you get stuck, don’t just limit yourself to early historical events. There have been some pretty interesting events in recent history that have historical significance! </p>
<p>Just curious… what are the other Stanford supplement questions?</p>
<p>For Yale, I said I’d want to see a concert of one of my favorite bands that has been defunct for 20 years.</p>
<p>They aren’t looking for something like the Seven Wonders of the World. They don’t want people saying “I wish I could see the Gettysburg Address” or “I’d like to see the moon landing.” These questions are to get to know you. Be personal, and be charming.</p>
<p>^ I don’t know historical event or moment sounds to me it should be of some significance</p>
