What History\Social Studies sequence were you in for high school?

9th: World History
10th: US History; Psychology (elective)
11th: Civics/Contemporary World Problems
12th: World Religions

World Religions was the best one. :D:D:D The teacher is brilliant--a former university prof, and by far the best and most demanding teacher in the school--and he gave me 50/50 (I think the only 100% in the class) on my 22-page research paper and requested to keep a copy of it as a model for future students.

World History, on the other hand, was useless. We played history-themed Jeopardy every day. :( The teacher is now a college counselor in a rich school district in the Seattle area.

9 - Honors World Geography
10 - Honors World History
11 - AP US History
12 - AP Government, Economics, and Free Enterprise

My school tends to think the US is the only place in the world...

9-Honors World History (just mostly French Rev. and WWII, primarily focusing on the US still though)
10-Honors US I (colonies to New Deal)
11-Honors US II (Great Depression/New Deal Review to Modern Times)
12-AP US History (colonies to Civil War)

Those are the only history classes we have...no Euro and only freshman Honors/CP world which is less world and more US/French/Great Britain...those countries make up the world.
