How does the Honors & Accelerated History/Social Science course go in your school?

Something I’ve been very curious about regarding Honors & Accelerated history courses offered in different high schools across the nation.

Freshman year - H. World Studies

Sophomore year - H. US history (Constitution - WWI) or AP US History

Junior Year - H. US History (WWI - 80’s) and any of the following: AP US History, AP World History. (electives in Physiology and sociology.)

Senior Year - any of: AP US history, AP World History, African American history, Political Science (mikiva convention), Latin American history

So, how does it go at your school, and did you do it?

Freshman year, you can take World Geography (regular or pre-AP). I did World Geography pre-AP.
Sophomore year, you can take World History (regular or AP). I took WHAP.
Junior year, you can take US History (regular or AP). I took APUSH.
Senior year, you can take Government (regular or AP), Microeconomics AP, Macroeconomics (regular or AP), and AP European History. I’m taking Gov. AP and Macro AP.

Freshman Year - Honors US History (Reconstruction - WWII)
Sophomore - Honors US History - (Cold War - Present)
Junior - Honors Modern World History (Brief review of ancient, then starts with Renaissance, I think)
Senior - Economics, and Principles of Democracy - There was AP government for one year, then the teacher had a baby.

Not much diversity for history at my school :[

required for graduation are Government, US, and world history. The “advanced” students take
Freshman: Honors Government (they do not allow Freshamn to take AP, unfortunately),

That is about it. AP Euro and AP Gov’t are occasionally taken as senior, or APHUGO. But those courses not as common lately.

9th: global 1 (everyone takes this)

12th: American Govt./Economics regular, honors, or AP (required)

9th Grade: Pre-AP World Geography
10th Grade: AP World History
11th Grade: AP US History
12th Grade: AP Macroeconomics / AP U.S. Government and Politics (each one semester)

I believe AP European History is also offered at our school, though I doubt anyone takes it. The corresponding IB classes are offered to IB students in their junior and senior years. I’m following the AP curriculum so I have no clue what their classes are.

10th US History I regular, honors, or advanced honors(pre ap)
11th US History II, or APUSH
12th Can choose from a few, like 20th century history, world affairs, or AP US gov
