Hey everyone, so I applied to a few csus as a non local with a GPA of 3.0. I already got rejected to one, and waiting on other schools for responses. I want to be hopeful, but I would like to know what happens after. What would I do if i don’t get into any of the schools I have applied to as transfer. I met all the transfer requirements and was set to transfer within the next semester. Am i suppose to stay at CC for another semester/year and take extra classes to boost my GPA? What classes do I take if i finished my GES and major classes? Do I wait another semester/year to apply? I just feel really lost because I put all my work into meeting all these requirements, so I’m lost on what to do now?
As far as I know, if you do not get into your choice CSU’s, your transfer application will be redirected to a CSU campus which still has spots available. If you are willing to attend the redirected CSU, then you can complete your degree.
The other option would spend another semester at your CC and try to boost your GPA.
Hopefully you will have good news in the next few weeks.
Never mind, looks like all CSU deadlines for fall 2019 are 3/1 or earlier.
