What if your counselor made an actual mistake in her rec letter?

I'm in a bit of a sticky situation. I recently had a chance to look at my secondary school report, and it was good in every respect except that my counselor begins the letter of recommendation saying I got a 2400 on my PSATs twice...which is obviously impossible, makes no sense, and isn't true.

For various reasons, I don't think I can actually tell them to change it. In all technicality it's not completely, randomly made up, and I did figure out how she would've made that mistake (although it's still weird). The rest of the letter is glowing, although it really offers little more than my app itself, save for maybe an extended quote from a teacher who loved me. I understand that I'm not going to be punished, but will this pretty much discount my entire counselor rec and even the secondary school report if it seems like my counselor doesn't know what she's doing? Or would they figure out that she made a mistake and still take into account the rest of the information?

i think a 2400 versus a 240 could be understood as a typo, and at least a very common fallacy, since the psat claims to predict sat scores accurately.

i really doubt that it would make the rest of your gc's material appear inaccurate.

^you could probably ask your counselor to fix that part gently? Like maybe, "I think this could have been a mistake, but..." I don't think it will take away from your rec b/c it could be viewed as just a typo.

well, the thing is, I didn't get a 240 either, lol. if it was a typo, it'd either have to be 240 instead of 2400 or SAT instead of PSAT... and neither is actually true. i didn't get a 240 on my psat and i didn't take the sat twice.
