On my transcript, my GPA is actually out of a 100% and instead of showing letter grade for each class, they show they show the actual percent along with the class rigor. This is all they show and it only says “gpa” and doesn’t state that it’s weighted. Therefore, schools will only know it’s weighted IF they recalculate it themselves.

Yes, colleges will recalculate it. Also, on your application, they’ll usually ask whether your GPA is weighted or unweighted. If you select weighted, they’ll unweight it.
