What is a good subject SAT score for a University of California?

I am taking my SAT subject test soon in Chemistry and Math 2. I am not really sure what is a good score for a UC school which is where I'll be applying. I have seen for Ivy league schools that 750+ is preferable but those scores seem very high. I am wondering what a good score would be for a UC including schools like UCSB, UCD, UCI, and UCSD.

Thank you!

Well, Math 2 has a very generous curve, so a good competitive score would be anything from 740-800 for the UCs. For Chemistry, the curve is less generous, so I imagine something in the low 700s at least would do you very well.
