What is a "quarter withdrawal statement"?

<p>Does anyone know what a quarter withdrawal statement is? Is it part of the transcript or anywhere on student record or literally just a statement?</p>

<p>Courses may be dropped without restriction from the first day of Registration Period I through the 7th calendar day of the quarter (Period III). No record of the dropped course(s) will be recorded on the transcript; however, a quarter withdrawal statement will appear.</p>

<p>I think this answers your question. The quarter withdrawal statement presumably pops up during the quarter in which you withdrew from a class during the drop period just for your own reference. </p>
