I am a HS student and I am planning to study in a Canadian school for 2 years
and transfer to an American school for the next 2 years for my undergrad
studies. My major is ecomonics/finance and I want to transfer to a school
that is recognized in business program. I want to transfer later to a school
with a strong foreign language program -- i speak 4 and planning to add
another one. I am thinking of..

University of Toronto
Queens
York
UBC
McGill

to

NYU
University of Chicago
Columbia
UPenn (yea right)
etc

If you’re interested in business, have you looked at the University of Western Ontario’s AEO program? Essentially with that program, you would spend the first two years studying anything you want (e.g. a friend of mine plans to study chemistry) and then during the second two years, you would study at the Richard Ivey School of Business, one of the top business schools in Canada. To my knowledge, you would graduate at the end of the four years with two degrees. The website is here: [Richard Ivey School of Business - Applying to the HBA Program - Secondary School Students 1](http://www.ivey.uwo.ca/hba/prospective-ivey-secondary.html)

While the Ivey program at Western is a great program, it doesn’t start until 3rd year. If you are adamant about transferring after two years and are simply looking good undergrad programs for the first two years I would not recommend Western. I’d say to look into the Commerce program at Queens and Schulich School of Business at York.

Yes I wish that I can apply as a frenshman but I seriosuly F-ed up the last
term of junior year and admission to highly selective universities seem
unlikable. I don’t expect any aid from the future American college that I will
transfer to, but can I apply aid in the freshmen year?

Despite Western Ontario’s prestigious and well-known business program,
I do not think the university itself is renowned in the global market.
Because I want to transfer later, I want to get into a university that is
internationally recognized.

I’d go with the university that would allow you the most interaction with faculty. You will need some outstanding recommendations for your transfer application.
