what's the best SAT prep book i can buy?

The Blue Book (Official Study Guide)

Barrons How To Prepare For The SAT (mainly for vocab, practice tests way harder)

yeaahh... hmmm... PR has only a few techniques for maths that are really good... you know, they definitely contribute, but aren't really worth the money

The blue book, naturally.
Barron's is only good for the vocab, like phillyland said. I personally think that it's questions are too difficult and don't portray an accurate image of the real thing.

You can never get enough practice.

but too much bad practice (Kaplan..etc) can be harmful.

blue book it is then

leave the blue book for last. do some other stuff first. Don't waste it...

Blue book is all I used, and my combined score btwn May + Oct SAT is most likely gonna be 2300. (Scored a 2240 in May alone.)

Blue book is only thing you need for practice tests, so long as you use it hardcore.

So if I have 3 books ( Blue book, barron and P.Review), which one should I use first ? :)
(P.Review's CR sections are kind of weird cuz they often contain only 1 long and a couple of short passages [ just 2 questions])

barrons will discourage you, believe me. you'll think you'll never succeed. so start with PR.

The blue book and Princeton review 10 real tests for the SAT. What is a 30 on the ACT like, a 2100?
