What is the format of the OU email?

I’m not a student or prospective student, but I’m interested in contacting a current student at OU and I was wondering howt the emails are generated: for example, at my school, the email is the first five letters of your last name, followed by your first initial.

Is there some kind of logical/procedural way that the OU emails are generated? Could I get this student’s email without contacting them through other means?

This is a weird question. My default ou email is firstName.middleInitial.lastName-1@ou.edu, but I, like many students changed it to something shorter.

If that person wanted contact, they would have given you the email. Don’t be a stalker.
