<p>I remember applying for the NHS a while back, and got accepted into NSHSS after applying to NHS. What is it..? Is it any good?</p>
<p>I'm in it but I think it's more or less meaningless.</p>
<p>You have to pay to get in and, quite frankly, most people in the top like 50% of their classes at least get invited.</p>
<p>It's certainly not prestigious, it's more or less a money-making ... joke.</p>

<p>Don't join if it asks for money to join. Join if it's free to join but don't buy their things and don't put it on your resume. If you're lucky, you might get a scholarship. Otherwise, these things are meaningless.</p>
