what is the "student ID"? 7 digit number or whaat?

Is it the same as the application ID number? i'm trying to register for the summer session and i can't get past "apply now"!!! i used my application ID and i dont know what else to use!

Question per topic? Blah!

Why don’t you just merge all questions into one topic to keep things a bit clean?

Anyways, the student ID is the number you see upon logging into myBerkeleyApp.

cuz then people wont click on it if they dont know the answer. and they wont read it all if there’s a bunch of random questions jammed together.

that’s the ID i used, and it didn’t work. maan…idk why it wont work! i’ll wait for the lady’s email response i guess.

It should be 8 digits long not 7, if the first digit is a 0 try not omitting it.

Your multiple threads make me more inclined to not answer any of them. Just start a thread titled “berry14’s 1000 questions about anything and everything” and go from there.

Seriously though, if you we’re accepted to Berkeley, you should be able to find this information on your own. (whether by searching the forum or googling it).

Log into myBerkeleyApp. Hopefully you know how to do this. If not, you can always start another thread about it. Once you log in, there should be a “navigation” bar on the right hand side of the web page. On this navigation bar it lists out your student ID number. My ID number is 8 digits, but I dunno about yours.

Weird, I never had any trouble doing these simple follow-up steps…

AH!! thank you! YOU SEE, a simple answer like THAT would’ve helped. thank you very much weebly. : ]

as a general rule, using google or trying the web sites at Cal will generally answer 90% of the questions anyone is likely to ask. There are always situations that are unique or facts that aren’t posted, but the general etiquette here is to give it a shot first before posting the question. This is why you have received a few snarky answers to your posts. Etiquette is a kind of custom that may not be obvious to someone new to a group, but since I believe you will be a good addition to the forum and to Cal once you figure out the rules, I posted this for you. Really, you will find the school and most of the posters here to be friendly, as long as you aren’t unintentionally rubbing their fur the wrong way through being unaware of the unwritten ground rules of the forum.

you’re pretty ****ing stupid.

okay thanx rider! : ]
