I'm curious as to what your SAT average is for your school.

My high school's average is 1970 (last years) which I assume is very, very strong. I would think this is taken into consideration when colleges are assessing our applications.

I go to a private school with a senior class of 34 students :D

Our SAT average is absolutely sick. I think it's around 1420/1600 or 2130/2400. Cuhrazy

I think mine is about 1350/2400 (generous)

Such is the state of LA public schooling.

1500/2400? public.

Is the collegeboard data reliable at all? It seems our published average is way too high.

1900, public selective enrollment, IL

I think something around 2000. Its a private school with a class of about 140.

meh. 1620/2400, public NoVA HS.
I think the collegeboard sat school average tends to be lower than what it "should" be, considering it doesn't go into the trouble of superscoring each student's sat. And many students' superscores in my school are ~100 pts higher than their average scores.

mine schools average is a 2100/2400, crazy competitive private school

~2100/2400
canadian school...only like 8 people have written SATs XD

1169/1600
1371/1600 -- first quintile
small private school

Around a 900/1600 or 1300/2400.

Public education ftw?

1480/2400...this data is from nj public hs rankings

Do colleges take this into consideration?

Like if you score significantly higher than the average scores from your school?

I think something around 1700/2400..."selective school" hah. It's pretty sad. 100% are native english speakers and I personally know more than 3 people who scored under a 1000 on ALL THREE PARTS.

1890/2400 Private college prepatory school

i'm at a private school, and a 1/3 of my school got above a 2100...dont know the average

Parochial School. Average from last year is about 1300/2400. Definitely below average but its just a test anyway.
