what makes you stand out

MIT -
Wow. I kind of want to ask you guys what you did, but it doesn’t matter. Yeah, our robot went over the seesaw, fell over, and three wheels came off. We also fried our motor because one kid wanted to practice driving. Yeaaa.

Anyways, I want to say that I stand out because I volunteer a lot … but so does everyone else.

Track, XC, Danceblast, musicals.
School’s science teams sucks, but our math team kicks a**.

Well the bot was designed to pick up the batons in a I believe conveyor format.

Had to modify it so it would only pick up 5.

We flipped our rival HS’s bot over in our VA competition. lol.

Seesaw was like the easy part. Didn’t have any program working at the start.

I grew up speaking it :)

My grammar’s terrible though. How bout you?

Bahaha, did you get penalized for that?
Our autonomous program didn’t work at all.

I went to Russia last summer through a state department scholarship!

lol they fixed the baton thing weeks before comp.

Neither our teleop or auto worked.

Failed software inspection… 4 times.

How’d you like Russia?

Since so many people are trying to “stand out” wouldn’t those who are NOT doing anything significant stand out more? Just sayin…

Loved it! Loved the Russian hospitality and almost everything about it except the heat (record breaking), the belief that cold drinks make you sick, and lack of AC.

Nice to find another person who doesn’t think all Russians are commies :)!
